Joanna Hildreth serves as the Secretary of the GRA as well as one of the leaders of the NWGRA in Catoosa County, Georgia. In 2021 she was also elected the Chair of the Catoosa County Republican Party organization. In 2024, her county GOP organization led an effort to hold RINO county commissioners accountable by blocking them from qualifying in the Republican primary. She was re-elected the Catoosa County GOP Chair in spite of threats from the local RINO Establishment. Her volunteer service has helped to stop multiple tax increases and tax allocation districts designed to increase local government waste and corporate welfare.
